Dr. Phil Powers – Oregon State University, B.S. in General Science; Dallas Theological Seminary, Th. M. (with honors); Dallas Theological Seminary, PhD in Bible Exposition.

Phil has served in a variety of teaching positions with Prairie Bible Institute; Briercrest Seminary; Dallas Theological Seminary; Millar College of the Bible and Capital Bible Seminary. He has also served in Pastoral Ministries in Oregon and Maryland for over 40 years. Dr. Powers currently serves as the assistant director for the Master of Biblical Studies program with Millar College of the Bible.

Arnie has served in Pastoral Ministry for numerous years and has been on staff with Millar College of the Bible since 2000. Arnie currently serves as Dean of Education with Millar.
